목자를 통해서 하나님께로
시25:14-15

생명의 말씀

“여호와의 친밀함이 경외하는 자에게 있음이여 그 언약을 저희에게 보이시리로다 내 눈이 항상 여호와를 앙망함은 내 발을 그물에서 벗어나게 하실 것임이로다”

다윗이 사울 왕에게 쫓기며 위기에 처할 때 사무엘 선지자를 통해 하나님께 피했던 것처럼 우리는 하나님의 종인 목자를 통해 하나님께 나아감으로 어려움을 피할 수 있습니다.

1)목자는 하나님의 말씀을 가지고 있기 때문에 그분께 나아가야 합니다. 하나님께서는 당신의 종인 목자를 통해 일하시는 분입니다. 시25:14절 말씀을 볼 때 “여호와의 친밀함이 경외하는 자에게 있음이여 그 언약을 저희에게 보이시리라”고 하였습니다. 다윗은 이를 깨달았기 때문에 사무엘 선지자에게 피했던 것입니다.

2)하나님께서 목자를 통해 우리에게 필요한 양식을 주시기 때문입니다. 요15:15절 말씀에서 예수님은 “종은 주인의 일을 모르지만 친구는 다 안다”고 하였습니다. 창18:17절에서도 하나님께서 소돔 고모라의 심판에 대해 당신의 벗된 아브라함에게 숨김없이 말씀하신 것과 같습니다. 하나님께서는 롯의 거하는 성을 엎으실 때에 분명 아브라함을 생각하사 롯을 그 엎으시는 중에서 내어 보내셨습니다(창19:29). 이 하나님이 바로 우리의 하나님입니다. 바로 목자를 통해 우리에게 필요한 영육간의 양식을 제공해 주시는 분입니다. 그렇기 때문에 다윗은 아무런 도움도 줄 수 없을 것 같은 늙은 선지자 사무엘이 있는 곳으로 피한 것입니다.

3)목자의 손에는 하나님께서 허락하신 다양한 권세가 있기 때문입니다. 목자의 손에는 예수의 이름으로 소용되는 축복권이 있습니다. 목자의 손에는 저주가 깃든 이 땅에 사단 마귀를 몰아내는 권세가 있습니다. 또한 세례를 베풀어 죄를 용서하는 권세가 있습니다. 세례받은 성도에게 교회의 직분을 줘서 교회를 세우는 권세가 있습니다. 또한 안수하여 병을 치유하는 권세가 있고, 주님의 살과 피를 모시는 성찬의 집례권이 있습니다. 그렇기 때문에 성도들은 목자의 손과 입을 떠나서는 안됩니다. 목자의 입에서 말씀이 나오며, 목자의 손에서 다양한 하나님의 권세가 나오기 때문입니다.

<기도제목>

하나님의 신실한 목자는 하나님의 말씀이 있고, 하나님께서 허락하신 양식과 다양한 권세가 있습니다. 하나님의 참된 목자를 알아보고 만남으로 하나님께 온전히 나아갈 수 있도록 기도하십시오.

Psalm 25:14-15

The Word of Life

"The secret of the LORD is for those who fear Him, And He will make them know His covenant. My eyes are continually toward the LORD, For He will pluck my feet out of the net."

David fled and escaped from king Saul many times. He sought protection from God through prophet Samuel. Likewise, we should seek God through His shepherd.

1. Shepherd has the word of God, so we need to go meet him. God works through people, His shepherds. Psalms 24:14 states, The secret of the LORD is for those who fear Him, And He will make them know His covenant. David understood this and fled to prophet Samuel.

2. God feeds us with what we need through His shepherd. Jesus said in John 15:15, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends. God told Abraham in Genesis 18:17 that He would not hide anything from His friend, Abraham and told him the fate of Sodom and Gomorrah. God remembered Abraham and rescued Lot from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 19:29). This is our God and He feeds us with what we need through His shepherds. David fled to the old prophet Samuel who seemed helpless in the physical eyes.

3. God has granted various authorities in the shepherd’s hands. Shepherds have the blessings in the name of Jesus. They have the authority to curse Satan and throw him out. In addition, they have the ability to perform baptism and forgive sins. Once believers are baptized, they are appointed as workers of the church and have the ability to raise the church. Shepherds can bless, heal illnesses, and perform holy communion to partake in the blood and flesh of Jesus. As believers, do not depart from the hands and words of the shepherd. God’s words come out of the mouth of the shepherd and from their hands various authorities are released.

"Prayer Request"

God’s true shepherds have God’s words and God has permitted various authorities in their hands. Let us pray we can meet God by recognizing and meeting God’s true shepherd.
