01. 목회의 준비와 연단 | 50년대

일제치하의 아픔과 6.25 전쟁으로 인한 민족의 아픔과 상처를 치유하고자 목회의 길에 접어들어 ‘동마산 감리교회’에서 서리 전도사로 목회를 시작 하셨습니다(1958).

Desiring to heal his nation’s pain and trauma of Japanese occupation and the Korean War, Rev. Park decided to enter ministry and began as an evangelist at Dongmasan Methodist Church (1958).

이후 지리산 천왕봉 근처 바위굴에서 3년 6개월 7일간의 피눈물 나는 기도와 말씀연구의 연단을 거쳐 오늘날 구속사 시리즈의 기초와 평강 제일교회의 말씀목회 토대를 구축하게 되었습니다. 이를 계기로 휘선 박윤식 목사님은 성경을 1,800번 이상 읽으시고 ‘오직 말씀’의 목회를 실천하시며 오로지 뜻에 순종하는 ‘말씀의 一生’을 사셨습니다.
He spent 3 years, 6 months, and 7 days in a cave atop Cheonwang Peak of Mt. Jiri, immersing himself in excruciating toil of praying and studying the Bible. This was the beginning of the History of Redemption series and the foundation of Pyungkang Cheil Church ministry. From this time, he read the Scriptures over 1,800 times, led a “Sola Scriptura” ministry, and lived “the life of the Word” through true obedience.
